I’m crying tears of joy. I didn’t think this could happen. I had my doubts. Not in Obama. But in the electorate. I’m glad I was wrong. I have and always will be a Hillary supporter, but I’m proud to have Barack Obama as my President.

A Letter to the Undecided Voter

The Election Day is only a few hours away, and I feel the need to send a message to the undecided voter. If you are an undecided voter, then do us all a favor and DON’T VOTE. You heard it right. If by now you don’t have enough mental capacity to decide between two drastically [...]

Dear Eliza,
Many of you were strong Hillary Clinton supporters. In light of the recent events we realize that many of you are unsure how to best use your vote.
As democrats [...]

Dear Hillary,
Thank you. You have once again inspired me. You will always have my support, financially and emotionally. I always thought you were the better choice and tonight you proved it once again. I’m glad that the rest of the country FINALLY got to see the class act that you are. They finally got to [...]

Now that Obama has picked his running mate, my five stage grieving process has reached its conclusion. Acceptance. My optimistic side held on to hope, despite the discouraging reality. In the end, I’m not disappointed that his running mate is Biden. I’m disappointed that it’s not Hillary Clinton running for President. The person more likely [...]
McCain/Romney GOP’s Dream Ticket?

Rumor has it that McCain is going to pick Mitt Romney as his Vice Presidential running mate. Is that the best he can come up with? Makes sense to me. If you’re lagging behind Obama in fundraising, why not pick a VP who can act like an ATM. Romney will write the checks, and [...]

I really think you can get a good idea about a man, by looking at his wife. And I like Barack Obama a lot more, because of his wife Michelle. She is an intelligent, accomplished, outspoken woman. Sadly for her, these are qualities that can get a woman in trouble (see [...]

Looks like she’s going to concede, end her run and endorse Senator Obama. I’m sad. Really sad. As a good democrat, I will vote for Obama. This whole process has made me very disheartened. And I know that the process has been very different for Obama supporters. He ran a good campaign, but he also [...]

The California Supreme Court overturned the ban on gay marriage today. This decision makes me very proud to live in California. I think any two people who want to get married should be able to get married. For those arguing that gay marriage destroys the sanctity of marriage, well, I don’t think that sanctity [...]
If the Democrats Held Winner-Take-All Primaries… Clinton Would be Leading by Over 600

That’s right. Hillary Clinton would be leading by as much as 600*** delegates…
I was trying to figure out who would lead the race if the the democrats had a winner-take-all primary system similar to the Republicans or to how the Electoral College decides elections. So I put together a little chart, with the numbers. [...]
